This is the instruction of how to receive notifications on iPhones and Android phones: you need to download the VeryFitPro APP on your phone first, and make sure that the watch is connected to your phone successfully. If the Bluetooth of the watch cannot be found when connecting, please turn off the watch first (on the watch homepage>slide left>find the Setting>find the ‘Shutdown’), then turn it on (press the right button to turn it on), after then try to reconnect.

1. Download the VeryFitPro APP by scanning the below QR code or download it in ‘Google Play’ or ‘Apple Store’
2. Then bind the watch in the app and turn on ‘SMS'(Text Messages) Notification in the ‘VeryFitPro’ app: Open App>Device>Call Alert/SNS Alert>Allow notification>Switch on SMS app>Click ‘√’ icon to save–>setting done;
   (If the battery level displayed is the same as that of the watch, it means the connection is successful.)

iPhone Settings:

Turn on all the notifications and change SOPTIONS-Show Previews, Always(Default

1. VeryFitPro Settings:
   Make sure that the ‘VeryFitPro’ app notification is open in your phone’s setting:
   Settings>Notifications>VeryFitPro>Allow Notifications>OPTIONS-Show Previews, Always(Default) Note: Make sure Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners is open and always show previews;
2. Messages Settings:
   Make sure that the ‘Messages’ notification is also open in your phone’s setting:
   Setting>Notifications>’Messages’>Allow Notifications>OPTIONS-Show Previews, Always(Default) Note: Make sure Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners is open and always show previews;
3. Phone Settings:
   Make sure that the ‘Phone’ notification is open in your phone’s setting:
   Setting>Notifications>’Phone’>Allow Notifications>OPTIONS-Show Previews, Always(Default) Note: Make sure Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners is open and always show previews;
4. E-mail Settings:
   Make sure that ‘Gmail’/’Mail’ notification is open in your phone’s setting:
   Setting>Notifications>’ Gmail’/’Mail’>Allow Notifications>OPTIONS-Show Previews, Always(Default) Note: Make sure Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners is open and always show previews;

Android Notification Settings:

Allow VeryFitPro APP runs in your phone background; turn on all the notifications and permissions.

1. Please make sure the ‘VeryFitPro’ app is run in your phone background;
   Settings>Battery>App launch>turn on the VeryFitPro and allow it runs in your phone background.
2. Allow VeryFitPro APP notifications;
   Settings>Apps&notifications>Notifications management>find the VeryFitPro APP>Turn on the notifications of VeryFitPro APP
3. Allow ‘Messaging’, ‘Call Management’, ‘Facebook’, ‘Email’ notifications;
   Settings>Apps&notifications>Notifications management>Turn on the notifications of ‘Messaging’, ‘Call Management’, ‘Facebook’, ‘Email’
4. Turn on ‘VeryFitPro APP’ permissions;
   Settings>Apps&notifications>Permissions>VeryFitPro APP>Turn on the permissions of VeryFitPro APP
5. Turn on ‘Facebook’,’Messenger’, ‘Email’ permissions;
   Settings>Apps&notifications>Permissions>VeryFitPro APP>Turn on the permissions of VeryFitPro APP
